  • 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • 2 handful pecan nuts
  • 1 quart good quality vanilla ice cream Maple syrup

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 350 degrees F (80 degrees C /Gas 4)

    Mix the icing sugar with the pecans on a baking tray and sprinkle with a little water to make a thick-ish paste

  3. 3

    Bake in the oven for a few minute
