Raspberry Chicken Wings

  • 1 0.5 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 5 lb frozen chicken wings, thawed

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    In a small saucepan, combine raspberry jam, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper over medium heat. Stir until smooth.

    In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with half of the jam mixture.

    Place wings on the baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes.

    Brush wings with the remaining jam mixture and bake for another 8–10 minutes until glazed and no longer pink inside. Serve immediately.
