Mashed Potato Stuffed Mushrooms

- 24 mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped shrimp
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions

Bake potatoes in microwave for 12 minutes.

Let cool and scoop out the potato.

In medium bowl combine potato, cream cheese, shrimp, butter and salt Blend well.

Spoon mixture into mushrooms

Bake for 10−15 minutes at 325.
