Fish Chowder

- 0.3 cup finely chopped onions
- 0.3 cup margarine
- 0.3 cup flour
- 2 cup milk
- 1 each tsp. salt
- 2 each tsp. lemon juice
- 0.3 each tsp. dill weed
- 2 each tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1 each (10 oz.) pkg. frozen codfish or other fresh or frozen fish
- 1 each -1/2 or 2 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
- 1 each -1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 0.3 cup melted butter or margarine
Instructions

Saute onion in margarine.

Stir in flour.

Add milk; cook and stir constantly until thickened.

Add salt, lemon juice, dill weed, pepper, and mustard.

Cut thawed fish into cubes and add to sauce along with potatoes.

Pour into a 2 quart casserole.

Mix bread crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.
