Emeril's Peach Torro
A Brazilian-inspired milk-and-fruit cocktail — ripe peaches blended with half-and-half and sugarcane alcohol, chilled overnight and garnished with fresh peach wedges.

- 0.5 lb very ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 0.5 cup simple syrup
- 4 cup half and half
- 1 0.5 cup sugarcane alcohol (or substitute vodka)
- 6 each fresh peach wedges, for garnish
Instructions

In a large blender, combine peaches and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.

Add half of the half-and-half and continue blending until smooth.

Pour into a large pitcher. Stir in remaining 2 cups of half-and-half and the alcohol.

Stir well. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Better the next day.

Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a fresh peach wedge. Keeps for 1 week.
