Roasted Cauliflower With Garlic

  • 6 lb cauliflower (about 3 heads), cut into 2-inch florets
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 4 whole cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper

Instructions
