Ranch Potato Salad

- 6 large potatoes, cooked with skin on, cut into chunks when cool
- 8 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 8 oz ranch dressing
Instructions

Cook potatoes with skin on until tender. Cool and cut into chunks.

Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.

Toss potatoes, bacon, red onion, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together in a large bowl.

Add ranch dressing and toss to coat.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
