Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches

- 2 (3/4-lb.) pork tenderloins
- teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- Olive oil, for brushing
- whole wheat hamburger buns
- tablespoons barbecue sauce
Instructions

Stir the garlic, salt, pepper, and mustard together in a small mixing bowl.

Rub pork tenderloins evenly with olive oil, then seasoning mix.

Preheat griddle to medium-high heat, and cook 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 155°F.

Remove from griddle and let stand 10 minutes.

Slice thinly, and evenly distribute onto hamburger buns.

Drizzle each sandwich with barbecue sauce
