- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk

SEASON chops with salt and pepper; BROWN in oil; DRAIN on paper towel; SAVE drippings.

ADD flour to drippings; cook medium heat 'til bubbly. STIRRING, ADD milk--salt and pepper to taste--and COOK 'til thick.

ADD chops to gravy, COVER and SIMMER 45 minutes.
