Pocket Pita Pooches

- 6 small pita bread
- 2 cups cold meat, ham or corned beef
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped fine
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450F or heat barbecue to medium.

Mix together meat, cheese, eggs and onions.

Stir in mayonnaise and chili sauce.

Cut off top edge of pita and open by sliding knife between the two layers of bread.

Spoon mixture into pitas.

Wrap loosely in foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve with raw carrot sticks.
