- 1 garlic clove or 1/3 – 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dill seed
- 1 quart vinegar
- 0.5 cup salt
- 1 quart water

*Make a brine by boiling until salt dissolves:

*Pour brine over okra and seal. Makes 10 pints.
