Oyster Pan Roast
A classic oyster pan roast: fresh oysters plumped in butter with ketchup, Worcestershire, and a squeeze of lemon, served on toast in minutes.

- 1 pint fresh oysters, drained
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 big squeeze of lemon juice
- 4 slice toast, for serving
Instructions
