- 1 cup mayonnaise ¼ cup egg substitute
- 2 tbsp olive oil 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 2 clove garlic – pressed 2 teaspoons sugar
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley – crushed fine
Instructions

Blend all ingredients for 20 seconds on high.

Blend all ingredients for 20 seconds on low.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to help emulsify the dressing.

If the dressing is too thick, whisk in water, olive oil, or lemon juice until you achieve the desired consistency.
