- 4 Dried new mexico red chilies
- 1 1/2 ts Sea salt
- 4 Dried chipotles
- 1/4 c Straight bourbon
- 2 Fresh habanero ; stemmed
- 2 c Red wine vinegar
- 6 md Garlic cloves
- 1/3 c Fresh rosemary ; loosely packed
- 1/4 c Onion ; chopped

Preheat oven 250 degrees.

Dry roast the dried chilies until you smell them, about 3 minutes.

Submerge them in a pot of hot water and soak until soft, about 20 minutes.

Put all ingredients in blender and give it hell for 3-4 minutes.

Pour into mason jar.
