- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 0.5 cup onion, chopped
- 1 0.5 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cup cooked pinto beans
- 3 cup diced tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 0.5 cup water
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano

Sauté onion, green pepper, and garlic in olive oil. Transfer to crock- pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook over low for 1-2 hours.
