- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 ½ pounds chicken
- 1 can (14½ oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
- 1 jar (4½ oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 envelope onion soup mix

Heat oil and brown chicken; drain.

Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic combined with soup mix.
