  • 1 cup dates
  • 0.3 cup tahini 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla 2 tsp. maple extract
  • 0.8 cup water
  • 8 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup walnut or pecan meal 1/2–1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 0.3 cup whole wheat flour
