- 2 cup diced cooked chicken

- 1 small golden delicious or gala apple, cored and finely diced
- 0.3 cup finely diced celery
- 0.3 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
