- 3 tbsp plus 1 ½ teaspoons butter or ½ teaspoon dried whole rosemary
- 1 tbsp grated onion 1/8 teaspoon dried whole marjoram
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tsp dried whole thyme 4 large chicken breast halves, boned
- margarine, melted ¼ teaspoon rubbed sage
- ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon plus 1 ½ teaspoons chopped
- ½ teaspoon pepper fresh parsley (optional)

Preheat your oven to 425F.

In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and 1 tablespoon of the chives.

Spread the butter mixture over each chicken breast.

Add the chicken to the bowl and coat with the herb mix.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish with the rosemary.

Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice as desired.
