- 6 egg whites
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 0.3 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp liquid stevia
- 0.3 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the griddle to medium-low heat. Add oats to a blender and blend until a fine powder is a form. Add remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until well combined. Spray griddle top with cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the hot griddle top. Cook pancake until golden brown from both sides. Servings and enjoy.
