Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

- 8 slice ham
- 10 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 10 0.5 oz cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Toss sliced potatoes in cream of tartar water; drain.

Layer half of ham, potatoes, and onions in greased crockpot. Season with salt and pepper; top with half the cheese.

Repeat layers. Spoon undiluted soup over top; sprinkle with paprika.
