- 2 small onions, sliced paper thin
- 1 cup vinegar
- 8 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 12–ounce can kernel corn mixed with red and green peppers, drained
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
Instructions

In medium saucepan, combine onion, vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, salt, celery seed, and dry mustard.

Bring to boil.

Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in canned corn and peppers.

Cool.

Spoon into jars.

Seal and store in refrigerator or cold cellar.
