Fresh Peach Ice Cream
Creamy peach ice cream with Rainier cherries.

- 2 cup Fresh peach puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Whole milk
- 4 each Egg yolks
- 0.3 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Bourbon or brandy
- 1 cup Rainier cherries
Instructions

Heat cream and milk together.

Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale.

Slowly pour hot cream into yolks while whisking.

Return to pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

Cook until mixture coats the back of a spoon.

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Fold in peach puree, vanilla, and bourbon.

Churn in ice cream maker.

Fold in Rainier cherries before final freezing.
