- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp swerve
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup of water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until well combined.

Preheat the griddle to medium heat.

Spray griddle top with cooking spray.

Pour 1/3 cup of pancake batter on hot griddle top and cook until pancake edges are firm.

Flip to other side and cook for a minute.
