  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0 cup bread flour
  • 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp powdered milk
  • 0 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp baking soda
  • 1 package active dry yeast or
  • 0 tsp bread machine yeast

Instructions

    Place all in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer.

    Process on the Basic Wheat cycle, Light crust setting.

    This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
