Emeril's Martini With Chocolate Grapes
A showy dessert cocktail — clusters of white-chocolate-dipped grapes served over shaved ice with Absolut Kurrent Vodka and a splash of Chambord.

- 4 each small white grape clusters, washed and patted dry
- 1 cup tempered white chocolate
- 8 cup shaved ice
- 8 oz Absolut Kurrent Vodka
- 4 splashes Chambord
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each cluster of grapes into the white chocolate, covering half the grapes.

Place on baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.

Mound 2 cups of shaved ice in the center of each martini glass.

Pour 2 oz vodka over each mound of ice. Add a splash of Chambord.

Garnish each glass with a cluster of the chocolate grapes. Serve with cookies on the side.
