Buffet Tuna Salad

- 12 oz canned tuna (2 cans), drained
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 red bell pepper, chopped
- 0.3 tsp white pepper
- 1 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 head chicory, for serving
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp paprika, for garnish

Combine tuna, celery, onion, garlic, red pepper, and white pepper; mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with chicken stock. Add to tuna mixture and combine.

Gradually fold in mayonnaise while mixing.

Layer a serving platter with chicory leaves. Arrange tuna salad on top and garnish with lemon wedges, paprika, and chopped parsley.
