  • 0.3 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 0.8 cup flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla
  • flour mixed with
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Beat until light. Add flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla alternately (beginning and ending with flour), mix well. Stir in o floured blueberries, pour into 9x13 inch floured pan. Bake at 350 about 35 minutes, or until well done. Dale’s Recipe Book Page 93
