Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk flour, sugar, salt, and soda together.

Chop nuts in a blender for 10 seconds.

Add chopped nuts to the dry mixture.

In a blender, put sugar, butter, egg, bananas, and milk.

Push puree for 15 seconds.
