Homemade copycat Bisquick baking mix — flour, nonfat dry milk powder, baking powder, salt, and shortening. Makes about 10 cups. Store in an airtight container.

- 8 cup flour
- 1 0.3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 0.3 cup baking powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cup shortening
Instructions

Combine flour, dry milk powder, baking powder, and salt in a very large bowl.

Cut in shortening until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.

Store in a tightly covered container in a cool place.

Makes about 10 cups. Use as a substitute for Bisquick in any recipe.
