Berries Romanoff
A classic dessert of mixed fresh berries — raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, loganberries, and strawberries — piled on a platter and draped with a Grand Marnier sour cream sauce.

- 0.5 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 pint vanilla bean ice cream
- 2 cup sweetened whipped cream
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint loganberries
- 1 pint strawberries, halved
- 2 oz chocolate curls, for garnish
- 2 tbsp chiffonade of fresh mint, for garnish
- 1 to taste powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Grand Marnier and sour cream. Fold in the whipped cream.

Arrange all the berries on a large platter.

Pour the cream mixture over the top of the berries.

Garnish with chocolate curls, mint, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
