- 54 oz Bavarian-style sauerkraut, undrained (2 cans)
- 2 lb Polish kielbasa, precooked and sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 0.5 tsp celery seed

In the slow cooker, layer 1 can sauerkraut, 1 lb sausage, half the onion rings, ½ tsp bouillon, and ¼ tsp celery seed.

Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours (or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours).
