  • 1 prebaked, 12-inch thin whole wheat pizza crust
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
  • small tomatoes, chopped
  • cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

    Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.

    Brush crust with remaining oil and spread with pizza sauce.

    Top evenly with Griddle vegetables, tomatoes and cheese.

    Tent with aluminum foil and griddle over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
