  • 3 tbsp butter broccoli (fresh-if frozen, cook partially)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup ham
  • 2 ½ cups milk bread
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper onion slices

Instructions

    Stir 1 1/4 cups of the milk into the potatoes and bring back up to a boil.

    Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl whisk together the remaining 3/4 cup milk and the flour until completely smooth.

    Place 2-3 tablespoon of white sauce on the bottom of baking pan, add 1/3-1/2 of the potatoes and 1/3 of the white sauce continue for another 1-2 levels.

    Fold the vegetables in the white sauce so as not to break up the potatoes or mash the peas.

    Cook on simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Taste and season accordingly.
