- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. whole wheat flour (high gluten)
- 1/2 c. raisins or dates

MIX all ingredients together.

FILL muffin tins 2/3 full.

LET RISE 10 minutes.

BAKE 350° for 20–25 minutes or until done.
