  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground venison
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 3 slices American Cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix together everything but cheese.

  3. 3

    Mold into loaf and bake for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Turn off oven and place slices of cheese on top.

  5. 5

    Melt cheese and serve.
