  • 1/3 cup rice
  • 0.5 cup cold cooked
  • 0.5 cup canned
  • chicken cut in dice
  • 3 tablespoons
  • butter
  • tomatoes

Instructions

    Rinse the rice well to remove excess starch.

    Melt some butter.

  3. 3

    Toss in the rice and stir for a little while.

  4. 4

    Sauté the rice in oil.

  5. 5

    Add water and spices.
