  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg -- slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed pork rinds
  • salt and pepper -- to taste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup warm water

    Mix ingredients

    Bake in buttered pyrex dish at 350 for 25-30 minutes until set.

    Top with cream cheese, softened with salad dressing and cream to spreading consistency.
