TRADITIONAL SWEET ROLL DOUGH

A bread recipe for TRADITIONAL SWEET ROLL DOUGH.

  • 2 pk Active dry yeast
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Warm water
  • 1/2 c Scalded milk, cooled to luke
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 c Flour
  • 1/2 c Butter or margarine, softene

Instructions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Stir in milk, sugar,salt eggs,margarine and 2 1/2 cups flour.

    Beat until smooth.

  4. 4

    Mix enough flour to make dough easy to handle.

  5. 5

    Knead 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Place in greased bowl, turn greased side up( Dough can be refrigerated 3-4 days)

    Cover, let rsie until doubled in bulk 2 hours.

  8. 8

    Punch down and shape into whatever
