  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

    Wash and chop all ingredients.

    In a large bowl, combine spinach, kale, broccoli, sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado.

    Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss well to coat.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve immediately.
