Tapioca Wine Soup

  • 1/3 cup pearl
  • 1 cup cold water
  • tapioca
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3−inch piece stick
  • cinnamon

Instructions

    Fill a medium pot about two thirds of the way with water, and bring it to a rolling boil.

    Stir in the tapioca pearls and return to a boil.

  3. 3

    Reduce the heat to maintain a simmer.

  4. 4

    Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tapioca has turned mostly translucent with just a small dot of white in the center, 12 to 15 minutes.
