  • 1 bottle Zesty italian salad dressing

Instructions

    Take the frozen chicken breasts out in the morning and place in a bowl.

    Pour the salad dressing over the chicken breasts and cover.

    Refrigerate until you get home.

    Take chicken out and fry, bake or grill it.
