- 1 lb pork boneless loin or leg 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 can (8 oz.) whole water chestnuts, drained
- 3 cup broccoli flowerets or 1 package (16 ½ cup peanuts
- ½ teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) ¼ cup chicken broth

Marinade pork in the corn starch, soy sauce, and wine for at least 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, ground Szechuan pepper, and the red pepper flakes.

Add pork, chili garlic sauce, and ginger to pan.

Add the pork mince and quickly brown, then stir in the Szechuan peppercorns and Chinese five-spice and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the soy sauce, honey and lime juice and cook for 5 minutes more.

Return pork to skillet with sherry mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes more, stirring constantly until pork is cooked.

Serve over rice.
