  • 1 cup Swiss (or cheddar), shredded
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c heavy cream
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/2 t salt
  • dry mustard to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325.

    Sprinkle cheese in large quiche or pie pan, lightly sprayed with PAM.

  3. 3

    Top with crab.

  4. 4

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.

  5. 5

    Bake 40-45 min.
