- 3 cup flour
- 0.3 cup
- 2 cup milk
- sugar
- 11/2 tablespoons baking
- powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
Instructions

Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.

Beat the egg, add the milk, and pour slowly into the dry ingredients.

Beat thoroughly and add butter.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle.

When puffed full of bubbles and cooked on edges, turn and cook on the other side.
