  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (or mix of your choice)

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients above and form into balls.

    Brown in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Place balls into crock pot on low.
