Sugar Cream Pie

- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/8 Tsp. Salt
- 1-1/2 Cups Thick Cream (half & half)
- 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
- 9-inch Pie Shell
Instructions

Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt.

Add cream and beat well.

Add melted butter and vanilla.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in 400° oven 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300° and continue baking about 30 minutes or until filling is set.

Stir two or three times with rubber spatula during baking - be careful not to tear crust.
