Stuffed Shells

- 1 package jumbo pasta shells
- 24 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1 T parsley
- Spaghetti sauce
Instructions

Cook shells according to package directions.

In a bowl, mix together the cheeses, egg, and parsley.

Stuff each shell with cheese mixture and place in a 9 by 13 pan.

Cover shells with remaining sauce.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
