Strawberry Angel Dessert

  • 1 Angel Food Cake
  • 3 oz. pkg. Strawberry Jello
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • 1-1/3 Cup Sliced Berries
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream

Instructions

    Bake cake as directed in 10 inch tube pan.

    Cool and remove from pan. Clean pan.

  3. 3

    Dissolve Jello in hot water.

  4. 4

    Add berries and chill until partly set.

  5. 5

    Fold in 1 cup whipped cream.

  6. 6

    Chill until thick.

    Blend powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped cream - set aside.

    Cut cake in 3 layers.

  9. 9

    Replacing layers in pan-fill with mix of berries between layers.

  10. 10

    Chill until firm.

  11. 11

    Unmold and swirl with sugar and whipped mix.
