- 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Preheat oven to 375F.

Saute onion and green pepper in butter.

Add wild rice, mushroom soup, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, shrimp and cheese.

Pour into casserole

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
